Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AIEnhancer processes to provide a private creative workspace, generate content, operate video production, and manage subscriptions.
1. Information we process
We process account identifiers and email supplied by the sign-in provider; Brand Profile fields; topics, references, Briefs, generated assets, edits, production jobs, publication records, usage events, and support communications. Subotiz provides billing identifiers and subscription status; AIEnhancer does not store full card details.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, scope your workspace, generate and store content, route video jobs, enforce allowances, synchronize subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand whether the product workflow succeeds.
3. Service providers
AIEnhancer may use hosting, database, AI generation, media, analytics, authentication, and payment providers solely as needed to operate the service. Their processing is governed by applicable contracts and their own privacy terms. Public social-platform connections are not required for the MVP.
4. Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service operation, security, disputes, and legal obligations. A production retention and account-deletion workflow will be exposed before public launch. Requests can be sent to the contact below.
5. Security
We use workspace-scoped authorization, signed payment webhooks, idempotency controls, secret isolation, and limited logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.
6. International processing and your rights
Providers may process data in multiple countries. Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or export personal information and to complain to a regulator.
